Camp out on our lush garden in one of our tents.
Our atmospheric restaurant is built entirely from bamboo in the Sidomo style. We also have an outdoor eating area with a campfire and barbecue facilities suitable for large group gatherings.
The food is made using fresh, local ingredients cooked over a wood-fired stove. Our menu includes items made from local produce, including fresh fish from the lake. All food is very reasonably priced. Our traditional distillery produces areki, an alcoholic drink made from maize, and tej, a type of honey wine.
Our staff is able to work with you to organize events of different sizes – from a small birthday party to a large gathering or meeting.

The quaint, bamboo-thatched rooms are set in gardens filled with rambling bougainvilleas, twittering birds and fruit trees. A two-minute stroll from the atmospheric bamboo-hut restaurant will take you to the crest of a hill that enjoys wide views over Lake Bishoftu Guda. Lonely Planet
... very rustic & natural with simple thatch huts engulfed by a charming but overgrown garden teeming with birds. Don't let the rough-hewn exteriors throw you - inside the huts are clean yet basic & have full-size beds and en-suite baths with hot shower. The Sidamo-style restaurant is completely constructed from bamboo thatch, including the floors, and the food is very inexpensive... Bradt Travel Guide

We laid in hammocks, under mango trees and ate the excellent fish... (User) Rowena H
